Meet Claudia E. Puig Román, Au. D, CCC-A, CH-TM

Claudia is a dedicated Audiologist with a strong commitment to improving the lives of individuals dealing with hearing and balance disorders. She holds a Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree from the University of Puerto Rico – Medical Sciences Campus, complemented by a background in Industrial Engineering. Claudia’s extensive clinical journey has led her to become a trusted expert in her field, with licensure in both Puerto Rico and New Mexico and certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). She is also a clinical professor of the University of Puerto Rico – School of Health Professions.

Throughout her career, Claudia has gained a wealth of experience in various clinical settings. Her work at Lovelace Medical Group’s ENT and Audiology Clinic in Albuquerque, NM, has allowed her to collaborate closely with ENT specialists, providing comprehensive audiological evaluations, hearing aid fittings, and tinnitus treatment. Her externship at Christus St. Vincent ENT Clinic in Santa Fe, NM, further honed her skills in diagnosing and treating hearing and vestibular disorders.
