Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and make phone calls
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
  • Provide basic information about hearing services and hearing aids
  • Enter patient information into the system
  • Send appointment reminders and follow up after visits
  • Handle basic concerns and refer complex issues to the appropriate staff

Requirements

  • High school diploma (additional education is a plus)
  • Customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Reliable, organized, and responsible
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred

Audiology Assistant / Technician

  • Clean and prepare clinical areas and equipment
  • Support daily clinic operations

Requirements

  • Healthcare or clinical experience preferred
  • Technical training in audiology, medical assisting, or nursing preferred
  • Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
  • Experience in an audiology clinic is a plus, not required

Patient Coordinator (Medical Secretary)

  • Communicate with patients, staff, and insurance providers

Requirements

  • Training or experience in medical office administration
  • Experience in a medical or healthcare office required
  • Knowledge of insurance verification and billing
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality (HIPAA)
  • Reliable, organized, and responsible
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
